Before giving full review, as we have not yet received all our items, just to make a comment. We were kept well informed with original information before bed was delivered. Bed and mattress was delivered one date late - but not a problem. However, our mattress protector and 2 Hotel Collection fitted sheets were not delivered. I mentioned to delivery men but they thought it might be in packages. It wasn't,so I telephoned yourselves straight away. I was told they had been out of stock but were now being prepared to be delivered. I requested the four leg covering protectors for the bed to be added to the order which was still with you, if it was possible, and was told that someone would contact me for payment of the £7. That was on Thursday but no-one has called and no information by email has been received. Not a problem, but if someone could just let me know the up to date position for delivery etc. Many thanks.
