Good product, mediocre service
Great product overall, but the service lacks quality.
They forgot to include the mattress in our delivery (nobody would have noticed if we wouldn't have highlighted this)...
Also, the delivery staff refused to assemble the bed at first due to "lack of parking" and were not really interested in a solution like parking in our yard. Took some convincing to get them to do their job.
