Overall, the bed is great and I would recommend it. To get negatives out the way - I paid extra to get it delivered on a certain day, the company tried to change the day I asked for and then there was no, even vague, time frame as to when it would arrive - only a day specified (when moving house, time is of the essence!) - but perhaps different delivery options would have provided a different service. Good things - it was delivered with no issues in the end! Easy to assemble, in boxes light enough to carry. The bed creaks a lot when I sit on it (and I'm not heavy!) but it's brand new so probably just settling in. It's comfy, the floating shelves are fun and stronger than anticipated!! And there's plenty of under bed storage.
