I ordered the Floating Bed in Kingsize with a satin grey wash stain. From the ordering process to delivery the process was really simple and seamless. The communication from this company is the best I have ever received from the order confirmation right through the delivery process: David text me the night before to let me know he would be with me at 7am. Tracking texts were also sent so I knew they would be on time. I opted for the white glove delivery and install and as soon as the bed arrived both David and his colleague got to work and in no time at all my bed was fully assembled. They were super friendly polite and efficient and gave advice regarding the bed. Good old fashioned customer service that is rare these days. The quality of the finish is outstanding and the wood stain is amazing I am so pleased and especially with the high quality chunky wood. The wood has a beautiful satin finish and is super sturdy. It was so nice not to be sleeping on loose rickety slats for a change. These slats are solid and they live up to what they are supposed to do. I am so happy with my lovely bed.
