Booked a van for photoshoot, evening before trip driver asked to cancel. I wrote to support to provide alternative within 1 hour or give money back. They failed to provide alternative, so I had to book a different company. They didn’t give money back because of “user agreement paragraph 4” 48h cancel.
Total scam, avoid at all cost!
