La aplicación te bloquea sin revisar e investigar los sucesos como son el cliente le reclama al conductor su dinero y solo por responder q eso no está en mis manos q ni yo e cobrado q solo la plataforma puede resolver el problema me bloquearon y encima de eso no me pagaron el dinero q me deben si fuera por mi le daría 0 estrellas y le dijera a los conductores q no es confiable para nada juegan con tu tiempo y sobre todo con tu dinero piensen bien antes de darles un viaje a esa app no pierdan su tiempo combustible y desgaste de su auto no vale la pena

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They confirmed a day early, requiring my phone number and then I never heard from them. They did NOT show up and are impossible to contact. Ended up having to use an uber as a very costly alternative. This business should be BLACKLISTED.

I would give them zero if I could. The driver in Ravenna port never showed up, did not answer our messages or texts, we had to quickly arrange costly alternative option, now we are trying to get our money back with no response from the customer service

I booked a transfer on May 3rd and paid almost $500 from porto santo stefano italy to rome. Now I am being told by the pick up company rhat they will jot come and pick me up because this gettransfer owes them over $14000. This is criminal and now I am out the money and no ride to the airport !! Gettransfer you have ruined my beautiful trip to italy!!!

I paid for service, but no service or refund! As a result I paid 3 times more for taxi and never got money back from gettransfer. It’s like a joke!

We booked and paid for a driver to pick us up at the Lisbon Airport on April 23. Two days prior to pickup, we specifically reconfirmed the reservation due to issues the driver stated he was having with getting paid by Get Transfered. At that time, the driver confirmed the ride and pickup. These communications were documented through chats within our account on your website. Upon our arrival, the driver was a complete no-show. We called him directly and were informed that he would not be picking us up. No advance notice was provided by either the driver or Get Transfered. The driver further stated that he had notified your company well before our arrival, meaning Get Transfered had sufficient time to arrange alternate transportation and failed to do so. We then contacted their customer service department and were told the matter would need to be “investigated,” which would take five days. Meanwhile, they had already failed to provide the service we paid for. As a direct result, we were stranded at the airport without transportation and were forced to secure alternate transportation at a significantly higher cost. We paid for an airport transfer service. Your company failed to provide that service in any form. This is not a matter of dissatisfaction or preference — it is a complete failure to deliver the contracted service. Further, NO REFUND WAS PROVIDED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Stay away from this company! This is a scam! Driver never show up at pick up time. Called and said he is not coming. Prepaid payment of AUD$1186.78 was made at the time of booking. But after multiple times contacting your company with full details of this booking, no reply or refund were given. Not happy! I will report this to AU police as Internet scam!

The company confirms payments but does not execute them in full. I received only a partial payment (€324.31), while the remaining balance is still unpaid. Support and finance teams provide contradictory information: – one states the debt is settled – another mentions a “temporary delay” No SEPA transaction references or payment confirmations are provided. In addition, commission invoices for January and February 2026 are missing, which creates serious issues for accounting and tax reporting. The issue has been ongoing for several months despite multiple emails and formal notice. Be cautious if you depend on this platform for stable payments.

Avoid this Company and their drivers at all costs. We booked a transfer from La Pineda to Barcelona Airport (Ride #23703811), and it was a total nightmare. Driver Waqas Ali Tarar arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes late and spent the entire time rejecting my calls. When he finally answered, he was incredibly rude, telling me to "cancel and find another taxi" if I didn't like it—knowing full well I had children with me and a flight to catch. He exploited the fact that we were stranded to treat us with zero respect. His unprofessionalism caused my family immense stress and nearly cost us our flight. A complete breach of service and basic decency.

We booked an Airport transfer on April 5 for an early morning flight on April 8. When we tried to confirm with the driver on April 7 he claimed to have canceled the request. We did not receive a cancellation notification and the travel voucher was still active on their website. After contacting customer service about securing another driver, they only offered a credit. This was a ride for my elderly in-laws who had spent weeks at Mayo Clinic Rochester and needed a ride to the airport to fly home. It was extremely stressful to learn they would have been waiting without the company notifying us. Please avoid this unreliable service!

We booked a fully prepaid transfer with GetTransfer, but the driver never arrived. We tried calling him multiple times, and ultimately had to take another taxi at our own expense, almost missing our flight. The company only responds with standard, unhelpful messages. This is unacceptable, especially since I was traveling with two elderly relatives, for whom this situation at 6 a.m. was extremely stressful. I demand a full refund to my card immediately. I strongly advise that the company improves customer support responsiveness, clear communication about cancellations, and guarantees for prepaid services.

We had a diabolical experience with Get Transfer when our young family - with a baby and two young kids (3 and 5) - was stranded at Geneva Airport. We booked a transfer from Geneva to Les Arcs for our young family and paid well in advance. Just as we got through security we got a message saying our driver hadn't been paid and so wasn't able to pick us up. There was no number to call customer service, so we frantically emailed Get Transfer to find out what we should do. They promptly emailed back saying they would arrange an alternative driver. We didn't get another response for five and a half hours (when we did eventually hear back it was to say they couldn't sort an alternative and we could have a credit note). In the meantime we obviously needed to get our kids to Les Arcs, so we were left with no option but to book a rental car at an extortionate £1.2k (approx. double what we would've paid in advance). Clearly we are now no longer in need of our return transfer - 100% their fault. They are now refusing to pay back our £350 for the return journey, saying it is a non-refundable booking. My husband and I are both entrepreneurs, so have some sympathy with the issues that may crop up with customer service, but to refuse to refund our return journey after this ordeal is nothing short of shameful. We will never ever use this company to book a transfer again, and would encourage others to avoid at all costs.

Get transfer booked a ride for me from the airport to my home. I arrived at 10:47 and was supposed to meet the driver at the Atlanta airport. It seems the driver refused the ride and no-one notified me. They are now refusing to return my money. Do NOT use this company.

Scam company. Booked and paid for a long distance airport transfer from Finland to Sweden. My card was charged, then the company canceled the service and refused to refund my money. GetScamfer tried to extort more money out of me for a different ride I did not want and did not agree to. Charge is in fraud dispute with my credit card company.
