Dont use them, they are a scam, they have huge unsettle bills with their partners (my case is a Spain company), so the Spain driver e-mail/whatsapp me that Gettransfer didnt settle payment to the Spain company, so they have to cancelled my order (fully paid Gettransfer on booking), so I contact Gettransfer for a refund as they cancelled my booking and Gettransfer refuse for my refund? Already reported to my bank & not sure if I can get my refund back.
