Used this service to travel from Syracuse to Ottawa. I was really worried about the reviews of this service claiming this was a scam. So relieved to have Sam (a fellow Ottawan !) as my driver. He was so accommodating to set an earlier pick-up time, friendly (while giving me space) and made me feel safe. Travelling close to midnight had me worried for my safety but such a good driver and overall individual. Highly recommend. To GetTransfer, you really should follow Uber's lead and publish the driver or company's reviews/stars and use only drivers who leave their license plate, photo and cellphone number. You should also ask for deposit first before asking for the full amount. The whole pay fully before you ride thing was very suspicious. Even though I had a good experience, there were a lot of sketchy accounts who offered me a ride without any information at all (charging nearly 300% of what Sam charged me). This could be a really good service if all these changes are made.
