I booked a transfer from JFK airport to New Jersey. I paid for the transfer beforehand, and I had an email of confirmation. I tried to contact the driver days before the journey, to agree about the pick up point, not receiving any reply from him. I contacted Gettransfer customer service, they said they would put me in contact with the driver, but no answer still.
At the day of the trip I contacted Gettransfer again, to say that I had no answer from the driver. When I arrived at the airport I managed to ring the driver, who stated not having been booked for that trip. I informed Gettransfer immediately and I asked for the refund. They said they should investigate on it, even though after having sent evidence off not replying from the driver and the receipt of the payment for the taxi I had to book.
It is a week already, and even though I emailed Gettransfer almost every day, I have had nor a proper reply nor a refund.
