STAY WAY from them !!!! Stay away from them. They are totally a fraud and a scam company. I had booked a transportation in Brussels from our Hotel to the airport with a driver called: “Moukrim” (Scoda stationwagon, plate number: TXAN896) , and although I had prepaid for the transportation 134,55euro the driver never came to picked us and we were almost lost our flight back home. I had sent several emails and phone calls to the company “GetTransfer” asking to refund and give me back my money and after many days they reply that they need to investigate the case and they will answer (when??? Probably never !!!) My case is very clear (driver never appeared to picked us, although he take my money) and the company refuse to give my money back !!! If this is not a scam, then what it is ???? Save your money and your health and stay a way from them. Lampros.T
