Over the past months, I have completed multiple transfers through the platform — some with high value and long-distance routes. Despite the agreement stating that payments are to be made within 30 working days + 3, I am still missing a large part of the money owed for my completed work. What’s worse: They only send small payments (around €60–€100) at random intervals Payments only come when I message or pressure them There is no full payout, no statement, and no transparency Their platform shows all my rides as “completed,” but they have not honored their own terms or paid me fully — this is absolutely unacceptable and feels like they are intentionally delaying or withholding payments. Despite multiple emails, screenshots, and even client confirmations, they continue to avoid fulfilling their financial obligations.
