Warning: Ongoing Payment Issues – Extremely Unreliable
I’m a verified driver working with GetTransfer, and I feel it’s important to publicly share my experience.
Over the past months, I have completed multiple transfers through the platform — some with high value and long-distance routes. Despite the agreement stating that payments are to be made within 30 working days + 3, I am still missing a large part of the money owed for my completed work.
What’s worse:
They only send small payments (around €60–€100) at random intervals
Payments only come when I message or pressure them
There is no full payout, no statement, and no transparency
Their platform shows all my rides as “completed,” but they have not honored their own terms or paid me fully — this is absolutely unacceptable and feels like they are intentionally delaying or withholding payments.
Despite multiple emails, screenshots, and even client confirmations, they continue to avoid fulfilling their financial obligations.
At this point, I’ve involved my legal representative and submitted formal documentation showing:
Unpaid invoices
Timeline of payment breaches
Bank records confirming incomplete transfers
🚫 I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before working with this platform.
If you’re a driver, think twice before accepting work through GetTransfer.
If you’re a customer, understand that the people delivering your transfers might not be paid for their work.
This is not just a delay — it’s a pattern of dishonest and unethical behavior.
