As a supplier I found the support to apathetic and incompetent. 25% commission for doing nothing and offering no support when needed. My veteran owned and operated company was treated so poorly I left after only 3 weeks with no booking because they flat out refused to change the area of where my product was listed (in this case in the middle of the desert rather than, Things to do in Las Vegas as it should have been) This was not a issue for 5 my competitors who list on the same site as they were all listed in the correct category. When i requested the same I would have had more luck getting blood from a stone. 30 emails with nothing but lies and generic responses from customer agents who just don't care. (mario and damjan) who did absolutely nothing despite lying to me and saying it would be changed. If you are a customer or a supplier i would recommend using tripadvisor or Viator. I put this company on a level par with Groupon when it comes to supplier & customer support which is to say zero out of ten.
