The confirmation email clearly stated the following warning: "If you arrive late, you will not be able to enter the Park." For this reason, we left on time and arrived well on time. Our navigation was set to the location specified in the email, not the general address. Both Google Maps and Apple indicated that you could reach the location through the park itself. Upon arrival, we reported to a park employee. He did not recognise our tickets. He then contacted his colleagues which took a lot of time, causing us to risk being late. It turned out that Maps did not correctly indicate that you could not reach the agreed location via the route through the park. Instead, we had to walk down the hill, around the park, and back up the hill. The employee refused to let us go through the park to the guide. In the end, this was a very disappointing experience. We arrived on time, followed the correct route, were forced to take a long detour and had no guide and no entry. They don’t give a refund.
