I wanted to cancel the tickets I had bought long before. It cost me half a day and I got nothing done. They bombarded me with a lot of paragraphs and the two tickets, each costing 12.99 euros, were not refunded. People, give the company a wide berth. They've grown too big and individual customers are no longer valued there. I lost more time and nerves than the two tickets cost (26 euros). I'm very disappointed and I can't believe that such a big company can be so greedy.
