I had a bad experience withe GetYourGuide. I made a reservation for 2 tickets to the Vatican, and when the date was approaching I tried to go to the website to confirm the reservation and I didn't get any information. Upon returning from the trip, I ended up seeing the ticket charge on my invoice without my authorization.
