We booked a Medellín walking tour with Real City Tours. The communication prior to the tour was excellent, with clear and concise meeting instructions. Our guide Luis was exceptional. He answered the numerous questions posed during the tour with great professionalism and passion. He thoroughly explained the history of the graffiti and the past struggles of Comuno 13. Along the way, we enjoyed a breakdance expo, sampled local food, and concluded our tour with a beer (soft drinks available) at a vibrant rooftop bar overlooking the city lights of Comuno 13. At the end of the tour, he suggested transport options back to our hotels and ensured each group member was well taken care of.
