I contacted GetYourGuide about a private rental car with driver to visit waterfalls in Yogyakarta. They came back with a suitable itinerary. The payment date rolled around 2 days before the tour. Once the payment is made you cannot get a refund
I paid the money and they sent me a completely changed itinerary with no waterfalls. I couldn't get a refund. The driver arrived in a crappy car and an hour late. I started on the tour but the first site was so pathetic. I gave up.
