The process continued at the customization station, where the options were nearly limitless—from custom hatbands and elegant feathers to personalized branding. While the selection could have been overwhelming, the staff’s expertise and professionalism made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Not only did they assist my wife in designing her ideal hat, but they also provided such outstanding service that she ended up purchasing two additional hats.
