Gigi Pip was one of only two sites I found that offered an extra small hat size. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. I am very pleased with the hat. Would definitely order from this company again.

Received a damaged hat on April 11—no response, broken link, slow and little communication to fix the issue.Horrible service. I’d give negative stars if I could solely on customer service.

I love Gigi Pip hats, I have 4 of them. However the customer service department leaves a lot to be desired. Nobody returns emails, and the chat bot is worthless. I finally found a phone number for the office / SLC store but that led me nowhere. You guys have to get your customer service and returns thing together.

I LOVE my new hat! I'm 66 and have decided that hats are my new thing, so thank you Gigi Pip! The fit is perfect! The style is perfect! The color is perfect, and the price was very reasonable for my limited income and budget, and it seems like a well made, good quality hat, although I'm no expert. I'll definitely be ordering more Gigi Pip hats!

I bought the Maude Wide Brimmed Fedora as "Blemished" thinking it would have one minor flaw, as stated in the description. The hat is unwearable. The stitching is completely off, making the hat lopsided so it looks ridiculous when I wear it. The top of it is completely stained with something so not even a white color as well as random black smudges around it. I wish I didn't purchase this and there's no returns.

Just recvd my Teddy blue hat. It is gorgeous. The blue is a cornflower blue. I was looking for a taupe color but when I saw this blue I had to have it. I can't wait to wear it. Delivery was super quick and the hat was well packaged, arriving in perfect condition.

Love this company….beautifully made hats that fit so well with the size options plus inner adjustable headband for a customizable fit!! Only complaint, I wish they had a few more floppy felt brimmed hats!!

Perfect hat. And way less expensive than Janessa Leone who's hats are wonderful too. Bought black straw bucket. Going to purchase natural one. Also packaging was great. Only issue is that I bought too big and there is no inside tie to make it tighter

This is my 7th Monroe Rancher. This shade is Navy is beautifully rich. Every single Gigi Pip hat is like a piece of art. I will never regret adding to my collection.

I have 5 hats, 2 straw and 3 wool felt. I love them all and get compliments EVERY time I wear them. The last one I bought was what is referred to as "blemished" but it hardly was. It was a size 57cm but I wear a 55cm. I contacted GP and was promptly told that I could size it down with the velcro under the inner band (duh-I knew this already-but forgot it). It worked of course! The had didn't come with a band so wasn't sure if I should buy the 55 or 57cm, and promptly, again, GP recommended the 55cm. It worked so well I didn't need to use the inner band sizer. I've had nothing but amazing customer service from GP and they are always helpful, very kind, very knowledgeable and just all around a great company. Obviously, I will ship there again!! LOVE THEM!!

Unfortunately my hat arrived damaged. The box was in perfect condition so it was placed into the box this way. I emailed customer service right away as I wanted to wear it to an event and it took days to hear back. Once I did, they did not seem disappointed that the hat arrived damaged, they suggested I steam it if I wanted a quick fix, but were not apologetic or concerned about their standards. Very disappointing. Will be returning and purchasing a different hat from a company that wants to provide great customer service with high standards.

I have 2 Spanish riding hats and just bought two lieutenant caps…love them. Lots of compliments on all four! Very high quality and stylish. Have also bought 3 hatbands. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!!

Pretty, but stiff and the crown is low and narrow. A strong breeze will blow the hat from your head. I love and wear hats

Hi Gigi Pip Team, I’m reaching out as an unsatisfied customer regarding a recent experience. I originally purchased a hat that ended up being two sizes too big. I went online to exchange it for the correct size, but instead of a straightforward exchange, I received an email with a store credit. I used that credit to purchase a different hat in the correct size but had to pay more out of pocket. Shortly after placing that new order—literally within an hour—I received an email saying the same hat I just bought at full price was now on sale. I reached out to customer service that same day to ask if the sale price could be honored, but I haven’t received any response. To top it off, when the new hat arrived, it was only partially wrapped in plastic and the front of the brim looks used or damaged. Overall, this experience has been disappointing. I really love your brand and was excited about my purchase, so I’m hoping this can be resolved. I’d truly appreciate your help in making this right. Thank you
