I would have given you guys 5 stars but your shipping/packaging of my hat was very poor. I received an item that didn’t look anything like the photo and I had to end up paying someone to fix it for me. Overall my experience was not good. I would suggest more care when shipping your hats out to your customers. I feel as a consumer I should have been offered a replacement or my money back. Your customer service on instagram did help, I will say the response time was good. After having the hat adjusted I decided to keep it. The quality is good and the fit was great.
