As a hairstylist and longtime customer, I’ve recommended this site to many people. However, my recent experience was frustrating. I reached out multiple times for help with color matching for a client but never received a response. With no guidance, I had to rely on the computerized swatch photos, which turned out to be inaccurate..the color I ordered was too light. Now, I have to go through the return process and start over. The product images really need to be updated or include more real-life photos to ensure better accuracy. Based on other reviews, I know I’m not the only one who has struggled with this. That said, the extensions themselves are amazing and durable, which is why I keep coming back. I just hope the exchange process for the correct color goes smoothly.
