Global Knowledge made it easy to register and attend their class. I received a calendar invite with all the information I would need, reminders to setup my account in advance, and the "My GK" user portal is easy to navigate and see where you have open items to complete. The Instructor was one of the best I've had in any training to date! She was knowledgeable and made things easy to understand. She gave everyone plenty of time to ask questions and encouraged us to participate without feeling pressured. It was a great experience and definitely would recommend to anyone reading this review!
