“MDM 101 Course: What really made me happy as I did not have to commute to the location which would be close to a 2 hr drive each way. (-: Used big TV for lecture and dual screen setup for labs on one side. course on the other. Instructor Joe Piette was extremely knowledgeable and never yawned. He resides in California and teaches on eastern time zone. Course stayed on pace with plenty of time for Labs and Joe was always there to handle the hiccups. Learned the world of Azure and intune with some powershell as well. Highly recommend the class.”

“The Global Knowledge course was a wonderful experience. The instructor, Baula Hanna was very meticulous and easy to understand. He broke down the complex concepts easily and made them very palatable. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to prepare for their certification exams.”

“Global Knowledge is now a weak imitation of the training company it once was. Whether this is because they are now part of Skillsoft or for other reasons is unclear. However, things often go wrong. For example, I went to the location for a training session, but they had forgotten to inform the trainer that there was a training scheduled. I then had the choice to join an online training halfway through or to pick another date. The public transport travel expenses I incurred for nothing were not reimbursed. Fortunately, there are good alternatives available nowadays.”
