Global Knowledge is now a weak imitation of the training company it once was. Whether this is because they are now part of Skillsoft or for other reasons is unclear. However, things often go wrong. For example, I went to the location for a training session, but they had forgotten to inform the trainer that there was a training scheduled. I then had the choice to join an online training halfway through or to pick another date. The public transport travel expenses I incurred for nothing were not reimbursed. Fortunately, there are good alternatives available nowadays.
