I took the ITIL 4 Foundation course this week and it was very informative for my purpose of taking the course. What made the learning a great experience was the instructor (Barry Faibish). He was phenomenal and made the learning so much easier to follow and understand by using pictures, stories, videos and real life examples of events for both himself and the class and linking that to ITIL. He was patient, detailed oriented and thorough with his teaching and explanation and made the learning fun. A big thank you to Barry and Global Knowledge for having instructors like Barry. It was my first time taking a course with GK and i will certainly consider them for the next course :)
