This training has a lot of information but was provided in an easy to understand manner with several easy to relate to scenarios that all participants could understand. The instructor showed his confidence in the topic and his knowledge was shared successfully to the participants. The website for classroom structure as well as access were also easy to manage and everything is right at your fingertips!
