The customer service by Miguel was excellent and they were in touch with me throughout the day after there was a miscommunication on the scheduled delivery. I had a couch and love seat picked up. Leo and Nick, the movers did a great job. They were courteous and professional. They showed thoughtfulness and patience when they had a difficult time getting my furniture out. They were very careful not to cause any damage. I will recommend Load Up to friends and use Load Up again should I need the services. Thank you.
