Communication with LoadUp was excellent and easy. I asked for a quote, received a quoted price the day I asked for it, and that price remained the same over many months until I was ready to schedule the pick-up. When I was ready to schedule, scheduling was easy and quick. They were able to schedule within a day of my phone call. Then LoadUp texted me a reminder that they were coming first thing in the morning the day of the pick-up. The two persons assigned to pick-up for me called before arriving, arrived on time, and were quick and very nice. Everyone at LoadUp was friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again whenever the need arises.
