I booked an outdoor p/u by mistake. Called and they switched it over to indoor for a $25 fee (I libe on the 3rd floor with no elevator).
I had a "medium" load and they brought 3 guys, which I think is awesome!! So many times one guy or even two can be crazy overwhelmed. They arrived within the window time and they busted out everything I needed removed.
They were polite, cared about my apartment and were even worried about my cats and getting in their way or upsetting them.
Donovan and his team were AMAZING!!!
