Superb customer service! Very easy, quick, and efficient to get some rugs taken away. Reasonably and fairly priced, especially in comparison to others in town that I checked. The communications, both with customer service and the loaders was great - knew exactly when they were coming and when they arrived at the dock. As well customer service provided text and voice mails from customer service informing me about driver status. That is the way to do customer service!!
