Online booking was straightforward; communication throughout the process was appreciated; communication "day-of service" was spot on; actual service personnel were polite, too the point, and superb. Could not have asked for better personnel - if I ever use LoadUp again, I hope I get John and his helper once more. [Customer service is also rated at 5-stars though this rating site does not allow any more than one star to be clicked - the rating web site is the only part of the entire service that needs improvement - am I giving one or five stars for customer service {hope it is 5!}?]
