I forgot the Load up helper's name who assisted me in getting my stuff moved. However, I can say that he was a great worker who was on time, polite, and an efficient person who did an excellent job. I have now used Load up on two occasions. Both people who helped me excellent. I can say now that I will continue to use Load up whenever that I need their help with my moves.
