I had not used Loadup before when moving furnishing. I made an inquiry and order online, which was fast and easy. From that point on, the customer service contacts I made were extremely friendly / professional / with prompt response. From the point of my order through to the pick up they remained in contact with me so that was aware of everything related to the pick up of my item, which was picked up exactly as scheduled, and without a hitch. I will certainly reach out to Loadup for any future needs! Slightly more pricey that I would have hoped, but considering the quick service I decided it was worth it.
