The two Loadup contractors were friendly, personable and efficient. They unpacked and placed the new mattress and removed the old one and packing materials and were done in less than 15 minutes. They also called as they were beginning their next delivery and called again as they arrived here. Although the unpacing etc wasn't cheap, I thought it was well worth using the Loadup service.
