Not knowing what to expect, I found the experience to be excellent. The customer service reps were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing was reasonable. Gustavo was very nice, personable, helpful and knowledgeable about handling bedroom furniture. The experience was much better than expected. Will recommend to friends.
