Absolutely 5 stars!! Customer service was on top of it, even when I needed to add another item for pickup at the last minute. Driver Josue was amazing! Very friendly, courteous and professional. Handled all of my needs perfectly! Will definitely be using LoadUp again when I have some other large items to remove!!
