The loader arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He removed the items from my house and into his truck and was gone within 30 minutes. He did a great job.
I think, for safety reasons, there should have been two people sent with the truck. I had one very heavy item and two queen bed items that were bulky. I was fearful for his safety getting them out of the house and into the truck.
I will use them again, however.
