As a 1st time customer, it turned out to be a good experience. Scheduling online was great and being able to get it done same day was very convenient. At the onset, the communication with LoadUp directly and the driver was a little nerve wracking. But once I got a response and knew when and what to expect all was good. The guys that came to do the pickup were very courteous and professional.
