I'd like to rate this interaction "Very Good", but it wasn't quite there. I got my on the way notice (via e-mail) about 30 minutes before the team's arrival. Leroy called me me one minute before noon (which was the end of the window). I removed an outside door to make removal of items easier. The team worked quickly, and efficiently, taking about 45-50 min to remove three appliances and load them on their truck. They had to do some refrigerator disassembly to remove it, though there was still some minor scraping of paint off the door frame. The team was polite and focused. They left without giving me a chance to tip. The only downside of the event would have been if I needed the operation to be complete by noon. Guess I should have read the fine print. I did try the "talk to your driver number" It connected me to LoadUp central, which after slogging through the menus told me to look up my drivers arrival on line. (I had already done that, all the web site said was "driver on the way"). Shorty after my second attempt, I heard from Leroy. I would probably use LoadUp again, understanding better how it works.
