Horrible service. Appointment booked 4 days in advance. Got a call stating loader would be here between 5 and 6 pm. Then got a call at 6:30 stating they had no loader to send and would have to be rebooked. Then another call saying someone was coming out and would be here by 7pm. Now 7:30 and no show.
Do yourself a favor and use a more well known company. Hopefully I get my money back. Something here sounds like a scam. I will rate the refund process after I get my money back i
