The movers showed up on time, did a fantastic job of moving my couch, loveseat and recliner out of my house. They offered to try to find an organization that they can be donated to. I would use them again in the future!
The reservation system was a little iffy, my credit card company sent me a potential scam notification about the charge and offered to decline the charge. I had to re-submit my credit card information over the phone, which I was very hesitant to do. I'm hoping I don't get double charged for this service.
