Got Displaced Because of Hurricane Helene the day before my order was supposed to be fulfilled.
They took my money and wouldn't let me reschedule my service because it was "completed in their system" and apparently, the fact that we had to spend several months finding and getting situated in a new place means that they don't in fact have to fulfill the service I paid them for.
So I'm out $135 and they won't reschedule someone to pick up stuff.
