The job was completed competently and in a timely manner. However, the people who came to do the job were not from LoadUp. They were a small local hauling business hired by LoadUp. LoadUp did not inform me that they had hired a contractor, and the contractor showed up with no paperwork of any kind. That was disconcerting to me and unprofessional of LoadUp.
