Do not deserve 1 star,we purchased a bike for our grandson for Christmas,found out we also purchased a £5 discount card. After waiting 2 weeks we got a email to say delivery was coming via Hermes between 2 and 4. At 4 o clock Hermes arrived with a envelope it was a £5 voucher, no bike. When we finally got through to ask where the bike was we where told it was out of stock but they had refunded the money,they hadn't bothered to give us this information,so now we have to find another bike. I would never purchase from this company again,they don't care about letting customers down.
