APPALLING COMPANY! On 28/11. I bought a bike, received the confirmation (delivery 3-5 days). On 04/12 I received only my loyalty card and thought that the bike wasn't yet dispatch Yet but didn't worry too much as I understand that we are in difficult times and it was possibly on its way. I sent a few emails and tried to call a few times but with no success. Today, after 17 days after the purchase I decided to leave a message on twitter and Facebook and finally someone sent me a message to say the order was cancelled the day after the purchase due to low stock. I have never received any email or call to inform it was cancelled neither a refund!
