Awful experience..will never shop here again . Ordered Xmas present 15th Dec , with 7-10 day delivery time . As of the 28th January this order still hadn’t been dispatched. Contacted the customer service line a number of times but couldn’t do anything to help . Asked for refund today but dreadful service . What’s the point of having a customer service team if they can’t resolve any issues
