Placed an order 16th December 2020 it was delivered to store, on collection an item was missing. I was told it was out of stock on the day of picking. No notification saying it was out of stock they refunded the money back to my account. Was told by shop assistant to order online again.
I placed a second order for the same items 29th December 2020. Without any notification on the 10th January 2021 they cancelled the order and refunded the money back into my account.
I placed a third order for the same items
12th January the parcel was delivered with items missing, I emailed customer services to be told the missing item was out of stock and would get a refund.
The items are still available to order on the website. I’ve give up, won’t be using them again. Customer services said although the items are in stock when ordering off the website it’s unfortunate they’re out of stock when it reaches their warehouse. Very frustrating.
