I have sent endless emails and Facebook messages regarding 2 items not received. No one replies or updates me, just constantly ask for my order details and say they'll pass my query onto the correct people. No one ever gets back to me. I just want a refund now as they owe me over £150. I ordered over 3 weeks ago and the items should have come between 3 and 5 days. Hermes received the items but they were damaged so they refused to deliver them. I updated Go Outdoors and they have no idea what's going on. Appalling customer service. I've escalated a Paypal claim now so hopefully I'll finally get my money back. Should have learnt my lesson last year when my order was 'lost'. They blamed Hermes, but Hermes never even received the package.
