Bought some running shoes - which I needed - and they sent me a pair with a defective lace clasp on the quick tie lace system.
So I immediately sent them back unworn and unused.
That was 3 weeks ago with still no word on when I’ll get my money back.
To add insult to injury they’re inundating me with emails to buy more stuff from them.
Yeah. Right.
