They use Hermes btw who will get a similar review. OK occasionally something goes wrong, but what is infuriating me is gooutdoors customer service response. They claim I only have 10 days to fill in a missing delivery form, a form they have emailed to me, but will not post to me. I don't have a printer, as I have told them. So I was asked to download an app to edit it, which reluctantly I did. However trying to use, save, and edit a form in an unfamiliar app, on a mobile phone, proved too frustrating for me. And so it continues. I will certainly never shop with gooutdoors again! And am worried I won't get my money back from this company.
